Website promotion is not included with our hosting packages.  We will charge an initial setup fee of $35.00 to prepare your site for promotion to the major search engines.  The initial fee includes submitting your site one time to the search engines.  Subsequent submissions are $15.00 each.   We recommend monthly submissions.  Click Here for more details.

Website maintenance is not included with our hosting packages.  Once you site is designed you will need to maintain it with new content.  New content will bring people back to your site.  Keeping a fresh look is important to maintaining proper image for your customers.  Redesign using new pictures, new page layout and updated content will keep your customers interested in your site.  If you sell product from your site, it is important to add new product offerings to stimulate sales from your site.  Remember a stagnant site is a dead site.   Therefore, you should expect to update your site at least once a year.  The more aggressive sites will want to update more frequently.

Once you have made all of your selections you should print this page for your records and then click the submit button to send your order.  Within 48 hours one of our designers will be calling you to explain our program and assist you with the design of your site.  We will also explain our hosting options and how to register  your domain name.  The selections above are only to give us a little insight and perspective of your perceived needs and are of course subject to change depending on your ultimate needs.  After all, it is your website and therefore your input is paramount in presenting your companies image, products and/or services.  For large complex business sites our fee is based on $50.00/hour.

Once we receive your order we will send you a bill by email through our secure PayPal server.  In the email will be a link to our account at PayPal where you can make your payment by credit card, debit card or check directly into our account.  This is absolutely the most secure payment method available today.  Any future bills will be sent to you using the PayPal system.  This is for your security as well as ours.  PayPal is a FREE service for our customers sending online payments.

All Design Services are paid in advance monthly.

All payments must be made in advance of service by the 25th. of the month preceding the requested service. Bills for services will be e-mailed through PayPal 10 days prior to the due date.  Your account will be activated as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.  This generally takes no more than 1 day using your credit card or debit card through PayPal.  E-checks may take up to 5 business days to process and clear through the banking system.

Within 48 hours of confirmation of payment, we will e-mail you with information & instructions to begin implementing our service.
