Website Design, Promotion & Maintenance Prices:

BMCI has set the following rate structure for services rendered realizing that efficient management of funds for small businesses is a priority.  Our rate structure is considered to be one of the most competitive in the market.  We will always strive to manage the cost of your site as though it were our own.

Our time will be rounded up to the nearest 1/10th of an hour at the base rate for the service rendered.

Design is based on an hourly rate for the larger commercial e-commerce sites, since their cost is difficult to estimate due to their complexity and the many variables involved in the creative design and building of the more complex sites.   We have kept the hourly fee at a very modest rate compared to others in the industry.

All promotional connections to search engines, and vendor services outside the control of BMCI will be treated as options and charged at our cost.                       

Web Page Design:

The following design rates are listed under two categories.  Prices are listed for standard web design and product page design for up to six products per page.

FREE - Home Page Design with Annual Hosting Contract

You may include up to six products per page with photos, description and price.  Product pages include an order button for each product and links to complete the order.

The initial website promotion is included with annual hosting contract.  Additional promotion is charged by the hour.  Some Search Engines charge for their promotional advertising.  Charges by the search engines for promotion will be charged in addition to the hourly rate, when applicable.

Hourly Rates will be rounded to the nearest 1/10th. of an hour.  A deposit for all website design will be based on 50% of the estimated design fee.  The deposit must be received prior to commencement of the design and the remaining balance paid upon completion.  For large sites that take more than one month to complete, the design fee will be billed monthly with payment due on submission of billing.
